Prescription Refills

Please request refills for prescription medications and food at least 72 hours in advance. This gives our team time to prepare your order, minimize your wait at pickup, and contact you with any questions or availability updates.
To request a refill:

  • Call or text our pharmacy refill line at (716) 662-3589
  • Call OPVMC’s main number at (716) 662-6660 and follow the prompts for pharmacy refills
  • Complete our online refill form
  • Order through OPVMC’s online pharmacy at https://opvmc.covetruspharmacy.com/

Please provide these details with your request:

  • Your first and last name.
  • Your pet’s name.
  • The medication name and prescribed dose.
  • A phone number where we can reach you.

Additional Refill Information:

  • Refill requests submitted during holiday hours may require up to 72 hours to process.
  • Large bags of prescription dog food are no longer stocked at our hospital.
  • Prescriptions left unclaimed for 10 days will be returned to inventory.
